Periphery - Scarlet Music Video
Apparently “Scarlet” is about ketchup.

Volumes - Intake
These guys have a lot of potential. Having two vocalists by far separates them from any band I’ve ever listened to.
OSI - Big Chief II
I love the electronic stuff they mix in with their music. It gives it a much different feel from a lot of the other stuff I listen to. Their new album Fire Make Thunder is great and really grows on you.
Heart Of A Coward - Killing Fields
Very heavy song from an awesome band out of the UK. Give ‘em a listen.
ForTiorI - Parallax
Track off of his latest album Sloan. Without question on par with Triton.
Cloudkicker - From The Balcony
Cloudkicker released his new album Fade a few days ago. It’s more of a return to his style before Loop and Let Yourself Be Huge. Definitely worth checking out.
Periphery - Make Total Destroy
Wow, this is brutal. Spencer’s vocals have really improved since the first album, and even the Icarus Lives EP. This was originally a Bulb song that got reworked for Periphery II. Pretty awesome, can’t wait for the new album and hopefully see them tour this summer.
Soul Cycle - Reject Humanity
So groovy. Great instrumental band that plays heavy with some slick breakdowns. You can get their latest album, Soul Cycle II, for free here: http://soulcyclemetal.bandcamp.com/
or name your own price.
Mastodon - Crack the Skye
For me, The Hunter wasn’t impressive. But Crack the Skye was a masterpiece. They made a huge leap with this album and vastly expanded their fan base as a result.
Dream Theater - Panic Attack
The song that started it all for me. I heard this song for the first time my freshman year of highschool. Up until then I listened mostly to classic rock, then my dad played this for me because he really liked the guitar player, John Petrucci, when he heard him on the G3 Tour. Because of this I listen to metal.
